MK DANCE THEATRE

For dancers under 18, this form must be completed by a parent or guardian. A dancer aged 18 or over may complete the form themselves.

Internal & External Events:

£100 per month for 11 monthly payments (total £1,100).

Internal Events or Main Productions Only:

£90 per month for 11 monthly payments (total £990).

Junior Company Cohort:

£60 per month for 11 monthly payments (total £660).

Payments are due on the 1st of each month,

Beginning 1 September 2026 and ending 1 July 2027.

Notice: Three months’ written notice is required from the date notice is given. Notice must be sent by email to mkdancetheatre@gmail.com.
